We are a basic science biomedical research group driven to understand the nuts & bolts of blood cell production. Our goal is to use this knowledge to make the journey from better diagnostics to improved therapeutics, and more importantly, make the lives of patients with blood disorders, and patients where engineered blood can lead to a cure, better. All of this while training the next generation of researchers, who will undoubtedly make bigger discoveries than we could even dream of today.
